• This is my 1st time using Drive Lah platform to rent a car. All the staffs are very enthusiastic in responding to my queries from start. Huge kudos go to the car’s owner Mr Pugal. As what the rest of the reviewers have said it - he’s so patient & helpful in assisting me with all my messages up till the time I’m trying to get the car going via Slick App. I’ve rented the car to celebrate my daughter’s birthday & the entire family was so thrilled including my mother-in-law who has been dreaming to be driven in a “four circles” aka Audi car for the longest time of her life. I’ll certainly go back for more & recommend Mr Pugal & his car for your enjoyment. Cheers 🥂

• Pugal was very patient and accommodating. He took the time and effort to provide directions/instructions on how to get to his location/car and explained all the features of the car. He was pleasant to communicate with. Pugal’s car was in an absolute tip top condition, inside and outside. Clean, pleasant smelling and the drive was smooth and quiet. 5 stars. awesome experience.

• The car was fantastic as it is in pristine condition. When you drive it, you will instantly feel the 'new' car taste as the system and mechanics just works way way better than typical rental car. No unpleasant odour and just smooth. I brought my own phone holder though as the car does not have one fixed. There is a car usb charging adaptor provided. Now; the Host Mr Pugal is just so friendly. He will guide you, give advice and just very caring explain how to use his car and drive efficiently. Come on, it's an AUDI, we got to handle it with extreme care. No regrets. Will confirm go back to him for more rides. He uses an App for lock/unlock purposes which he will also share with you and give you access. Just simply download the app and that's it. You guys will enjoy Pugal's hospitality and his AUDI.

• My experience renting from Mr Pugal was a splendid & welcoming one. He was accomodating to the timing & the last minute extention that I requested. Car was superbly brand-new & well-maintained. And totally agreeable that the A3 is totally fuel-economically friendly. But that depends on how the way we drive. The car was awesomely & insanelh smooth as if I’m driving a hybrid car. And Mr Pugal is a cheerful & understanding host.! Thank you once again.!
