• I’m speechless. Owned and rented a few cars. Before but This is the best car I have drove in my life. Now I’m even considering of buying one. Smooth! Fuel Efficient. Spacious. Best is during Highway it’s soundproof.

• Upon pick up of vehicle, car was very dirty, full of cockroaches running around. Car is season parking but had to pay $41 when exiting. Users take not to have sufficient money in your cashcards. During trip to malaysia, Front right tyre burst. Lucky was able to control the car and safely stop at road side in the middle of no where on north south highway in darkness. Waited for assistance for around 2hrs before help arrived. Was towed to workshop to replace tyre. Had to upfront pay $200 SGD for towing and $200 RM for tyre replacement. Total time wasted abt 4hrs. Total upfront payment was $298 SGD. Pending reimbursement. Had to use alot overseas phone calls to liaise with drivelah support. Was told this is not reimbursed. Overall still a good drive if non of the above mentioned happened. Hope that maintenance for vehicle is proper especially for users going to use for malaysia usage.

• Really really bad experience and probably my first kind of this. Lock issue took more than 2 hours to start the journey and then amother hunch was to leave the vehicle. Vehicle wasnt too bad whole driving except alignment issue and steering moving to its left. I never 1 star to any such vendor. I am still waiting to see how to resolve this case open with them- how they compensate this full of hassles day - and such bad experience on the day. It costed me my day at the checkpoint delays as i wanted to avoid peak hours and traffic. I had to pay parking fee while taking the vehicle out. Customercare was kind enough to arrange but few things they wont come to know what it costed. Time, delays, money - specially when it was my birthday. Compensation expected - no less than complimentary arrangement on my next ride. My first bad experience. (Out of 4 times 5 stars services in the past)

• Car is very big and spacious. Host is very prompt in replying to queries. The only downfall is that the car is dusty and needs to be cleaned. Previous people who rented the car didn't do a proper clean up

• Rented 7-Aug. Great aesthetic! spacious bootspace when rear seat knocked down. All 3 passenger seats are adjustable. Various sliding middle compartment and wider sunroof for the front seat and clean interior. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the driving experience. Whole trip had to fight with the steering wheel slanting to the left and a jerking/bumpy drive. Hopefully it gets fixed soon for a safe and pleasant drive.

• Aries was a great host, car was pretty spacious for 6 of us in total. The car seat and mat had sand all over it which i had to clean it up thanks to the previous users who dont bother cleaning up after themselves. The aircon was great, engine had slight vibrations going at higher speeds. Otherwise all is good!

• Owner is very helpful and responses promptly. There were some hiccups, not a fault of his. Pickup instructions were not clear, exiting carpark required $41 fee. After checking with owner, we need to get it reimbursed by live support. I had to intercom for HDB to take down my particulars to make payment later as I was jamming up the exit due to insufficient value on my cash card. The car is a good ride and suitable for my family of 6.

• Edgar was a fantastic host who saved my road trip up to KL. Managed to get his car hired under 5 mins, after my original host was uncontactable. Car was in tip top condition. Awesome drive up to JB and later KL. No complains about the car. Air con was cold when we needed the respite from the heat. The radio blue tooth works well, which made for great tunes from our mobile phones whilst driving. My 1st time driving an Opel car. It's definitely one of my favorites now to drive, hard to rival this car Oh, and petrol economy is really fantastic. My entire trip from Sg to JB to KL and back to Sg, with a lot of driving done in between these places, costed me only RM $380 in all. (pumped only 97) Rent with ease, you're in excellent hands with Edgar and his Opel Zafira. Would definitely rent again!!

• Nice and comfortable car to drive. The only thing is the IU unit is faulty. Also do take note to take photo of the interior of car before and after the rent to prevent any allegations. Take photo under the carpet also if possible.

• Host was responsive to queries. However, car was in a poor mechanical state. Grinding sounds can be heard at low speed and braking. It was mild and faint at first, but intensifies after prolonged driving. If mechanical issues fixed, this would have been a great rental.

• Edgar very responsive able to drop-off even at 1a.m. Spaces car and able to fit in my dad's wheelchair. So far no issues and smooth journey when driving to Malacca, Malaysia. Easy to lock and unlock the car but need a mobile data either Hotlink or U Mobile both works. Look for the car key inside the compartment.
